I operate my business privately through a counselling lens. I offer both and individual counselling sessions and weekly Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) workshops (8 weeks).
Each workshop runs between 1 hour – 1.5 hours. I allow up to 2 hours for each session for additional exploration of parenting topics within a counsellor framework.
If you are in a group setting, I offer private 1-1 catch ups outside of the group session.
