Lodging a Complaint:
Building a trusting relationship is important. From time to time, a client and professional can develop different opinions another, which is completely natural.
It is important that you feel comfortable with sharing your perspectives and concerns with your therapist.
However, if you feel that your therapist has not valued your needs and concerns, you are welcome to lodge a formal complaint.
How to Lodge a Formal Complaint
A formal complaint can be made to through the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) website by individuals who have accessed my services or by other ACA Member.
